This Bolbitis species is a rhizome fern with deeply lobed, glossy dark green fronds that create a lush, jungle-like texture in the aquascape. Like most Bolbitis ferns, it is best tied or glued to driftwood or hardscape rather than planted in substrate. It grows slowly but rewards patience with a beautiful, natural appearance.
