Vivaloop is a freshwater aquarium community platform offering tank profiles, journaling, help Q&A, social interaction, and hobbyist trading features.

• You must provide a valid email address for registration

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure

• You may not transfer or lend your account to others

• Each person may create only one account

• You retain copyright of all content you publish (text, photos, comments, etc.)

• You grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform

• You may not post illegal, infringing, misleading, or harmful content

• The Platform reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms

• Respect other users

• No harassment, bullying, or hate speech

• No spam or commercial advertising (except approved shop accounts)

• No listings unrelated to aquarium hobby

• No fraud or intentionally misleading information

• The Platform provides a matchmaking service for trades between users

• The Platform does not participate in actual transactions and is not responsible for payment or shipping

• Trading risks are borne by the buyer and seller

• Selling protected species or items prohibited by law is forbidden

• Listing information must be truthful and accurate

Vivaloop's trademarks, logo, UI design, and source code are owned by the Platform. Public information in the species, plants, and equipment databases comes from the public domain.

• The Platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service

• The Platform is not responsible for disputes between users in trades

• The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content

• Aquarium care advice is for reference only; consult professionals for actual care

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In case of disputes, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
